Annie Atighioyak (Panak)'s Story

They first brought the rifles here when I was little, now the climate is changing." The life story of an Elder Panak from the settlement of Cambridge Bay in NU, Canada, tells of traditions, games and stories that were told at night in the tents. Through her eyes, the short documentary portrays the landscape of snow and ice, Panak's own upbringing, culture and generations that stick together, even though the land they knew is slowly disappearing.
