The Fox, the Turtle, the Spider and the Cake

At night, a fox, a turtle, a spider and a cake want to cross a pond. Only the fox’s boat is far too small to carry all these beautiful people and each of them is very hungry. An animated short is a fantastical adaptation of the classic exercise in logic.

The film was created by a collective of children aged 6-9 at the Camera-etc workshop.
Camera-etc was created in 1979 for the purpose of making and producing short animated films. Recognized as a Production Workshop and Center for Expression and Creativity of the French-speaking Community of Belgium, Camera-etc organizes creative group workshops for children, young people and adults in Belgium and in other countries.
