Good Morning, Vera!

Good Morning, Vera!

"Věraaa! Be careful!" Věra, a 60-year-old saleswoman from a sausage shop, suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder, which causes her to constantly battle her own persistent catastrophizing thoughts. One particularly hectic morning, Věra must face the fear of running into an unknown criminal who is said to be on the loose in her neighborhood, as well as to face a real threat of her losing her job due to it. A tragicomic animated film about mental difficulties and the absurdity of the fact that very often, we are our own worst enemy.

Three languages, family and a toy named yuyu. Viktoria, a three-year-old girl, is trilingual, she speaks Russian (her mother's mother tongue), Portuguese (her father's mother tongue) and French from her country of birth, France. She also has an older brother Ruslan, with whom she likes to play very much and a toy with a peculiar name... A short experimental documentary captures how the little girl goes about her day, the joys, and struggles of childhood and the life that Viktoria brings with her.

Visual?

Visual?

The hum, the graffiti and the digital smog. "Unfortunately, being the right person in the right place at the right time is something that I have not yet achieved within this institution, but I hope that the last few forecasts with me here, will be good ones." How to cope with this age? How to live and still feel young and free in this world? What do you want from me? A short experimental film confronts our age, portrays the youth within it and the anxieties that are hard to get over.
