    Director's statement:

I started to experiment with an animation style I used for the storyboard of my previous short film, where I used simple silhouettes to pre-visualize my shots. I developed this look further and realized that I could do the shots very fast. Which allowed me to get the whole film made in a few months on my own. I knew that I wanted to tell a story in a dystopian setting. I started to write a script for the short film, but I was never happy with what I wrote. At one point I just started to create one of the shots and went from there. I didn’t know how the story would end or begin. As I made one shot after the other it became clearer where I wanted to go. The theme of the film was subjectivity and perception of reality. It is about how we often see our perception and perspective as the correct one and others as deluded. We are all deluded in the same way and can never really be sure.
