The elderly, lonely astrophysicist Jean Pierre is not like most people. He dreams of traveling to the sun before he goes blind. He builds the rocket in his own workshop out of wood scraps and whatever else he has lying around. But can one travel to the sun, and what does it mean to travel to the sun? When a young girl appears out of the blue, Jean Pierre is suddenly no longer lonely, and the dream seems closer than ever before. A short film on our journey to happiness.
