TWO CZECH MOVIES- THREE MORE FESTIVALS!

The Czech film world once again has reason to celebrate as two talented filmmakers have recently been selected for prestigious European film festivals. This success shows that Czech cinema still has a lot to offer and that the art of young filmmakers has the potential to reach an international audience.

One of these talented filmmakers is Ondřej Brýna, who became famous with his film "Bully." This film, made by a self-taught filmmaker, captivated not only Czech audiences but also the European film scene. Brýna was selected for two prestigious festivals: Camera Zizanio in Greece and ENIMATION in Slovenia. These double invitations by foreign festivals testify to his exceptional talent and ability to express an important topic such as domestic violence. Ondřej Brýna is undoubtedly a young filmmaker worth focusing on, and his achievements are an inspiration for other aspiring filmmakers.

Another up-and-coming filmmaker who has been recognised internationally is Tonda Korb. His film "Fog" dazzled the programmers of the Novemberfilmfestivalen in Sweden. This event is proof that Czech film has something to offer abroad and that young filmmakers have a chance to attract the attention of the international film community. Tonda Korb is an example that with effort and passion it is possible to achieve success in the field of film, and his participation in the Swedish festival is certainly an exceptional experience not only for him, but also for Czech cinema as a whole.

It is important to stress that these successes of young filmmakers are motivation for the next generation of filmmakers. When they see their colleagues gaining recognition at international festivals, it becomes an inspiration for them and proof that their creative efforts can have meaning beyond the borders of the Czech Republic. It should be noted that participation in these festivals has been possible thanks to their talent and the quality of their films, but also thanks to the support and initiative of the organisations that have enabled these young filmmakers to present their work on the international stage. A-FilmTeensFest is proud to have been able to submit films to the festivals. This cooperation is invaluable and helps the Czech film industry to expand and gain recognition worldwide. This whole story shows that Czech film has a bright future and that talented filmmakers have the opportunity to showcase their work at international festivals. Ondřej Brýna and Tonda Korb are exceptional examples of what can be achieved with hard work, passion and artistic vision. It is inspiring for all those who want to pursue the art of filmmaking, and important for the entire Czech film industry.

We congratulate them on their achievements and wish them many more awards and festival experiences in the future.
