  This film was created by Kaniq Allerton, a 13-year-old Canadian student and participant of the Reel Youth film program.

  ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
  In this partnership with Kitikmeot Heritage Society/Pitquhikhainik Ilihainiq, youth in Cambridge Bay, Kugluktuk, Ulukhaktok, and Gjoa Haven worked with Reel Youth facilitators to plan, shoot, and edit these beautiful, original music videos, set to music by The Beatrice Deer Band. We also created a compilation video that highlights footage from all of the program participants.
