Covid, a population of cactuses and an evil dictator. Pipo, a young cactus, lives with his Granny in the big city of Plantapolis. One day, Granny Fern's leaves cover themselves with black spots and a mysterious virus seems to be spreading among the population "unnoticed" by the government. A short children-animated film paraphrases the pandemic and points out the carelessness of those in power in such times.

  Camera-etc was created in 1979 for the purpose of making and producing short animated films. Recognized as a Production Workshop and Center for Expression and Creativity of the French-speaking Community of Belgium, Camera-etc organizes creative group workshops for children, young people and adults in Belgium and in other countries.
